Terrible
Stay away, poor poor service. Have heard the same from others. By now with Outsurance I would’ve been paid out and had my window fixed. The incident was almost 1 week ago.

13 Mar 2025, 14:06Update - 1 week after the incident and driving around with a broken passenger window. PG Autoglass just called to me to find out which window needs to be replaced and that they "still need to order the glass to fit next week" after Nonsindiso (Discovery Agent) confirming the window would be ready tomorrow. What a joke... PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. It's not worth the hassle.
