Terrible

Honestly, the time that's wasted!!! They call me to quote and when I am not comfortable giving my banking details, the Agent actually tells me I've now wasted HIS time as well as his side-kick's time!!! Really??? I asked for the Agent to send me the documentation first, because I want to look at it first. Really don't want to deal with them ever again
