Terrable claim process

I submitted my claim for television which was damaged by loadshedding they sent their technician who claimed that the TV was not damaged by high voltage rather it was a wear and tear issue. I wanted to dispute but after I read reviews regarding contents damaged by loadshedding its pointless this is what they do. As much I have three policies with them I will just have to cancel all them as there is no trust any more.
