<p>I was assisted by Ntokozo Radebe from retentions who reinstated my car insurance. </p> <p>He immediately offered to call me directly (saving me airtime) and was patient and attentive through out the long process. I think he is also good at offering value added offerings without sounding like he is upselling. </p> <p>He also paid attention to a lot of the small detail, that I myself had been taking for granted. </p> <p>Great experience from a great consultant.
