Technology is lacking
I have no idea how on earth this could be sorted out. I went to upgrade my Samsung Smartphone to Huawei P10. Also a Smartphone, just newer technology and STILL Android. Why does the Discovery Insure App NOT work on my phone? This is very frustrating as I cannot now change everything. Discovery's IT department and developers are lacking in staying on top of newer Android technology, clearly.

The only response which would be acceptable is if Discovery attempts to upgrade the software to allow for all Android devices to handle your app, OR to tell MTN NOT to sell HUAWEI phones to Discovery Insure clients, which I doubt Huawei would be very happy about. When I told the MTN shop about the fact that Discovery claim to have removed Huawei phones as approved devices, they knew nothing about that. If Discovery makes a decision like that, this should be sent to EVERY NEW and EXISTING Insure clients
