TCF Breach and Client disregard

I've lodged a claim with Discovery Insure after my car was ****** from me- Claim ***

I have the following issues with the way my claim was handled:

1. It has been approx. 30 days since my claim was logged- on the 16/04/2015, I called the call centre and spoke to Tshepo Wellington (Claim Assessor)- he assumed he ended the call with me and proceeded to openly make a mockery of me with his colleagues.
In terms of TCF- is this how discovery treat their clients? I request that this conversation be replayed and take note that this is the blatant disregard discovery has for their clients.

2. It has now been 30 days of me having the loaned out vehicle -
Althea (Tshepo's Manager)- has said that SAPS are at fault in the delay of the release of the ******- there's nothing they can do- the issue is not their fault- thus leaving me stranded with no vehicle.
Earlier that day- Tshepo stated that the delay was from their internal investigation team JIDZ? Did the assessor give me false info? Did the manager just brush of my claim, because she is just not interested? Is this in align with TCF? if SAPS are at fault, is the client at fault?

I'm utterly appalled with this matter
