<p>Terrible! Traumatic</p> <p>I had an accident on the 28 April 2107 and my claim was processed and evaluated.</p> <p>To my suprise today I get the mail from the legal department :</p> <p> Please note that we refer to our legal recovery claim for the accident dated the 28/04/2017 against the other party with the Taxi , we did also contact the driver whom we confirmed that he is the owner and he does not cooperate and we conducted a financial enquiry on him and he is In bad financial state , and also debt review listed , so no Court can take further action against him , which means we will unfortunately have to close the legal recovery claim, please confirm if you understand, as we tried to contact you without success.</p> <p> This is unacceptable feedback as their client how can they expect me to pay these damages caused by this man and tell me he is in a bad finance state. How does it help me. I still have a claim not paid from previous claim each time I call i GET different information.</p> <p> </p>
