Tax Certificate

<p>I requested a Tax Certificate on the 7/7/2017 at 8:37 with a REF Num: ********** 855. I was Told by Charne Kent-Brown it would take 48hours. I followed up on the 11/7/2017 and the call centre person told me he would phone me back asap. Still nothing......What is the problem???</p>
