Tasmina Nair saves the day.
I was about to cancel my car insurance policy with Discovery, but Tasmina Nair from the Retentions department convinced me otherwise.
Very bubbly and helpful. She also informed aboht a few things I didn't know about. Thank you Tasmina you area Star.
