taking money from my account for no reason

i am so disappointed in discovery, i have medical aid with them , life insurance and car insurance and yet a get treated so badly , i called in on tuesday regarding a R150 going of my account for no reason, the R150 was already deducted and i have this policy since april for car insurance and yet nobody can give be an answer, i spoke to a guy called lungile regarding this in retentiosn department and he told me that he will get back to me that same day its been two days already, if thsi is how you treat your loyal clients then i have no choice to move my insurance somewhere else.
