Taking Debit oriders even after cancelling insurance

I was meant to start my policy with Discovery Insure the 1st of July, however after going through the reviews I decided not and decided to cancel my policy. I called in the 23Rd of June to cancel and was told a consultant will call me back to cancel, no one called. I then called again on the 29th to cancel and the consultant advised that my policy is cancelled. Only to wake up today to my account being debitted by Discovery Insure! I need my money back!
