Taking a long time to pay my money back
I cancelled the policy 3 times already but it doesnt seem to get done. this month they debited more money and they assured it will be cancelled. My problem is that i must wait for my refund when i have debit orders to go off. they have appologised but i am getting unpaids on my current account.
