Switching to Discovery is not worth it

I am over Discovery Insure and their ****ty service. They don't solve customer complaints and the fact that you deal with different consultants doesn't help. It's been over a week since a submitted a complaint that Avis sent me an invoice to debit my account for money that Discovery is supposed to pay. I was promised that this mix-up with be fixed and yet today I woke up with a debit from Avis. Now I will be spending half of my day talking to Discovery and telling them how to fix this mess again. I am exhausted and honestly, with all the money that I pay, I don't think I deserve all this stress. Switching to Discovery is not worth it.
