Sweet and Sour Experience

My experience with the consultant Abigail Kemp, telephonically, was very good and I was helped professionally and courteously without delay. I was immediately given a claim reference number and within minutes this was backed up with emails from her. However, my experience with the Discovery App once again proved disappointing because as was the case with my previous claim, I was taken around in circles for a full week before I eventually reverted to doing the claim telephonically. I trust that a concerted effort will be made to restore the reliability of the Discovery App to its original popular state.
