<p>Recently I had the pleasure of engaging with a Retentions Consultant named Shamanie Pillay. She provided me with a phenomenal service. I can definitely say that she is a tribute to Discovery Insure and is certainly a huge benefit to the organisation. Her very friendly and well spoken demeanour ensures that the client whether angry or not is dealt with in a professional manner and her obvious knowledge of the company and its Insurance products made for an enjoyable and most pleasant experience for me.
