Superior Customer Service and Value for Money

I have had short-term insurance with Discovery Insure for the past 6 years, and in all this time I cannot voice a single complaint. From the initial process when I joined and was able to do the vehicle pre-inspection via the APP, to the various windscreen claims I have had over the years (which I could do in a matter of minutes on the APP), and even today when I made changes to my policy, it has always been a matter of convenience, ease of use and utmost professionalism. In terms of their premiums vs. that of other insurers, it is a case of no comparison , as the others cannot even come close to what Discovery Insure offers (PLUS I pay NO excesses on any items !!!). Superior service is indeed embedded into their corporate culture, and especially when it comes to Nomfundo who assisted me today. It was very clear that she enjoys what she does, and has a passion for excellent customer service !!! A true asset to Discovery Insure. Thank you Discovery Insure !!
