Superior customer service

Had a small emergency this past Saturday afternoon while out shopping with my family. Just a few things i think worth mentioning. Firstly my call was answered almost immediately, didn't have to wait on the line like with most other companies service call centres. I had the pleasure of dealing with Christo Smit from the Discovery Insure team who was extremely efficient and friendly. My issue was sorted out within an hour and i was well informed each step of the way. Thank you Discovery Insure and Christo Smit. Highly appreciate the level of service received.
