Superior client service & professionalism

On 9th May 2018, I had a minor car accident somewhere in Centurion. I lost control of the car, as it went off the road and got into some wholes and uneven path while driving until I eventually managed to stop the car. Upon stopping I received a call from Discovery Insure checking on me and the car. I was assisted swiftly and a tow truck arrived in just under 30 minutes. I was dropped off at the office and I logged the claim right away. I would have been out of action for about 2 months, thanks to the courtesy car option that I had with Discovery Insure. My claim was handled by a Mr Theo Mokhine, who professionally communicated with me at each stage of the process. I was delighted mostly about his humility and professionalism while servicing me, also that he kept every promise that he had made to me, most of all he kept me posted about the progress during the entire process. Thank you for that superior service Mr Mokhine. I hope all service consultants under you may learn a thing or two about client service.
