Superb service following an unusual claim

I was recently assisted with a rather unusual claim from Discovery Insure when a nasty rat decided to nibble away at the electronics of my car. The service I received from my broker, Leon Vermeulen and his assistant, Suzaan Brocas was excellent. From there, the agent who dealt with my claim, Kagiso Shabangu, continued with excellent communication and a quick turnaround, from arranging for the assessor to view the damage to organising my courtesy car.
