I needed to make a booking for a DQ tracking device to be installed, but there was some confusion around whether it should be the Smartphone enabled device or the standalone device. Nirveshan Moonsamy gave me a call and went out of his way to assist me in arranging everything. Even though he deals with the insurance policies he did not transfer me to make the booking with DQ track after making the necessary changes to my policy, but arranged everything from his side.
