Shannon-Lee Gregorio in your claims department has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, she related to the frustration we had dealing with the mechanics and sorted out all problems as if it were no effort at all, she managed to calm our client down as she understood and put herself in their shoes. She went above and beyond her job and did not just escalate this query but actually got everything sorted with one phone call. as a broker, We wish we could handle all of our claims and deal with all of our clients. this is the type of service we expect from Discovery, she is fantastic and so friendly.
