Superb Service

Mosa Phillips is an absolute star. As a broker, we deal with a lot of call centers and call center agents, The service we have received from her has been amazing. I have not once had to follow up with her, she has kept both us and the client in the loop constantly and finalized this claim in record timing.

If only service like this was the norm, it would make our lives so much easier.
