Kudos to Simon Ngoepe for being an superb respondent to my distress at not having a working gate motor - as everybody know this is a major safety concern. From phone call to the guys arriving to do the repair took less than an hour and the team he dispatched were knowledgeable and friendly. Simon even called back twice to ensure that the service providers where taking care of business and to ensure that my issue was resolved. I am exceptionally happy with his service and friendliness
