On 02.07.2020. For the very first time, I was provided the best service ever since i have joined discovery insure in April 2019. The super lady name is Zimkita Sundu she is the Retention Advisor. She really went over- board in insuring that I understand certain aspects about my policy and how i make sure that my policy works or at value to me. After months of creepy service from discovery insure. Today they can safely say ONE Client is secured. I just wish all MANAGERS at discovery insure can learn from her on how to treat their customers.
