Shafick Allow in the retentions department is an absolute pleasure to work with . He is always willing to help and see how we can assist the clients to the best of our ability. We may not always succeed in the way we would like but his knowledge of the product is fantastic in order for me to explain to clients what the problems are. Thank you so much for everything
