Super star service from Reitumetse!
Reitumetse Mateme was an absolute SUPER STAR! She took my call literally 10min before closing time on a Friday afternoon, guided me through the claim process step-by-step (the app had not retained my claim submitted and she had to log it) and stayed on the line all the way until we had each step done (well after 18h00) to ensure we could hand it our asset for repair the next day. She came across as courteous, well-aware of the process and steps and very committed to client service. Absolute best service ever!
