Super Service at unfortunate time

You need the excellent service of insurance company during bad times. I felt it yesterday. My car broke down on way home at about 18:45. When I called insure I was friendly and efficiently helped by Janine Mitchell. She was so efficient, calmed me down and asked the right questions, and eventually organized me the tow truck to my preferred repairer and further my drop to my home. Even called later to find out if all went well, my car and myself safely delivered. this was great service and I felt the value of being a Discovery Insure client.
