<p>I submitted a claim for a damaged phone including the damage report and invoice from an approved repair centre. The information was sent to my broker who forwarded it to Discovery Insure claims consultant Nelson Shikwambana. I was copied in on all correspondence, so I knew the status of my claim constantly. I expected the claim to be authorised in +/-5 days, but to my surprise, I received an iStore voucher via email by close of business ON THE SAME DAY that the claim was submitted. Nelson was polite, efficient and professional. He is a huge asset to his employer.</p>
