Super sensitive, Super quick, Super efficient staff - Porch Sithole and Nelson Shikwambana

<p>I am not one individual who finds time to look at ways of complimenting people who provide excellent service because my experiences have not been very good at al, to say the least. More so with insurance companies. However, my experience with Mr. Porch Sithole and Mr. Nelson Shikwambana of Discovery Insure has changed my view completely. </p> <p> </p> <p>In December 2016, my house was burgled by ******* and all our valuables ******. This happened when I was on a holiday and business visit overseas. When I got the news, I was devastated because most of my work saved on computers and other accessories were ******. </p> <p> </p> <p>With a heavy heart, I called Discovery Insure and was transferred to Mr. Sithole. When I explained what had happened and that I was overseas, he was very prompt to inform me not to bother. He took down the SAPS case number and immediately opened a claim procedure. He assured me that all I needed to do was to call Discovery upon my return to the country. Upon my return, I called with the reference and as I wanted to explain, he interrupted and said to me ' welcome back Dr' I remember you and your incident. This has never happened to me and from an insurance company. I was very impressed with the manner in which he showed dedication and compassion. The claim was handled swiftly by him with the assistance of Nelson who sourced out all the quotes within a day to finalize the claim.</p> <p>I cannot hide my content with their very excellent service and the energy they show.
