Super long wait
Discovery is by far the worst insurance, family members with old mutual have had claims for worse accidents than what I had paid out quicker. The claim was logged on the 11 Sep 2015 and the car was at the panelbeaters for assessment on 15 Sep 2015 ye the car wen o SMD on the 14 Sep that I do not know why. it is now the 21 Sep and the claim is still being validated. When I asked ross champion about the assessment they said I was done on the 16 Sep and sent on the 17 Sep. yet discovery ells me they received it on the 20 Sep which I don't believe. This process is far too slow and I will most likely be changing insurers very soon.
