Such poor claim settlement service
Have a car write off claim being handled for 2 weeks now and it is at the same position is has been from the start. Agents assigned are on leave. On hold almost 15min at a time just to find out nothing is happening and they will call back with an update. I have not received any phonecalls with an update. My finance house isnt even aware that the car is written off. I am nearing my end of my 30 day car hire and will be liable for an extension and still have a debit order loaded for my written off vehicle finance. It is such a simple claim where I am covered for retail value plus credit short fall with no extras on the car I purchased and the settlement value falls in line with the covered amount but nothing is happening and no assistance given even when you escalate it to discovery Insure team leaders
