Such a delight

Recently had an issue with my car and had to call discovery insure for assistance. I had the pleasure of speaking to Mpho Phokanoka who was delightful and very helpful. He also called back to follow up if my issue had been resolved which i appreciated so much. The cherry on top was asking if he was pronouncing my name correctly which i had never experienced.
