Successful Claim

Takalani was very patient and efficient in the handling of my claim. He listened and I honestly felt like he wanted what was best for me as a client and as a human being. I will be taking up a Policy with Discovery Insure again due to him and the assistance he gave me. He explained everything clearly, without all the nonsense you get when dealing with insurance agents. Having my car written off is one of the worst things to have ever happened to me, but I got through the admin and logistics of the whole thing because of the support and direction I received from Takalani. I will forever be grateful to Discovery because of him.
