Stuck on the N2, but Aziz Mcpherson from Discovery Insure provided exceptional support
It was truly affirming to receive an exceptional service from Aziz Mcpherson, on a Sunday afternoon. Within ten minutes of me logging in my query, road assistance was there, whilst Aziz Mcpherson kept in contact to ensure all was well. I am truly grateful for Discovery Insure and for its consultants such that if any complains or is in the market for insurance, I never hesitate to share my previous experiences and get them to sign up. Thank you Aziz Mcpherson for your empathy which oozes through the telephone lines :)

23 Nov 2020, 12:46I must say that this is not the first time I receive such great support, the other time Discovery called me to ask if I had just crashed, I laughed and said it was just a pothole, the consultant insisted I check if all was fine, guess what I had a tire puncture, it was 8pm at night, visiting my daughter at Tygerberg hospital. By the time my visit was done, Discovery Insure had sent a road assist to change my wheel and ensure I was safe. So I am truly happy with your service at such a reasonable rate.
