Stranded and frustrated!!!!

My vehicle was in an accident on 5th January 2023. I was advised my vehicle was towed to Auction Nation and will be assessed. Up to date i have had no feedback regarding the whereabouts of my vehicle. An assessor called on 3 different occasions to ask if the vehicle is in my possession this after i had told him its been towed and DI sent communication that its been towed to AN PE. Last communication was that they await confirmation from AN that my vehicle is on their premises. This was almost 3 days ago, no further updates after follow up emails hace been sent. No response. Does DI not know where my vehicle is, why am I not getting any feedback? I have not received any courtesy vehicle in the meantime! I was to report back to work today and this was mentioned in emails communicated to Yolandy Markman who is suddenly on leave! She has not giving a single update or responded to numerous emails sent! I have been stranded and frustrated for almost a week! Urika Harmse and Shaunay Williams has been kind enough to assist me which is not even their work! I am very disappointed in the manner which the claims handler Yolandy has dealt with my claim. I have been insured with discovery for over 10yrs for life, RA, household and vehicle etc. With a history of one minor claim and have NEVER received such pathetic service!!!! I think it's time to look elsewhere!
