I logged a claim on the 13/06 and I was advised to provide documents and quote my claim will be finalised within 24 hours. The guy who helped me promised to call me back in 30 minutes he never called. I called him and could not get hold of him as expected and spoke to a lady who advised me to send all required documents and I was told the samething that I need to submit documents then my claim will be settled within 24 hours. Today to my surprised when I called to follow up am being told the claim is under investigation Kanti why when I called yesterday I was told all documents were received and claim will be paid. Why I was not told about the investigation. Why now when it's time to pay the is stories. Andre never called not even once. Am the one who is always following up after he promised to call me.
