The most horrible insurance ever, I was involved in a car accident in December, they said my car is a write off, reason been is no linger under warranty so they can't be able to fix it... Then I said its its fine wil buy it, when we got there we found that parts are missing, I was promised investigation... I kept on checking up on them and no feedback till I suggested that they reduce the buyback price they disagreed they said we still investigating... After 2 mo this of investigation I get a message saying that my car it's on sale but funny part is I have the car papers and apperantly they provided Nation Auction with the car papers... The question is how did they get those papers as to my understanding the papers are with me and they still busy with investigations of the parts that are ******..
