****** Iphone replaced

My Iphone 5S was ****** and I logged a claim with CellC thinking it was insured with them, completely slipped my mind that it was actually insured with Discovery Insure, so after a long and furious unnecessary battle with CellC I gave up and bought a Iphone 6. I decided I won't insure with CellC due to the previous mentioned issue thinking they are useless so I called Discovery Insure. It's then when I was informed that the 5S is insured with them, feeling like a total idiot I explained my situation to Khensani from Discovery and he suggested we go ahead with the claim even though it is long past the allowed claim time frame. I made my peace with the hole situation and did not expect a positive outcome at all. Imagine my surprise when I got the call about an hour ago from Khensani informing me that they reviewed my case and they are going to replace my phone and he has already made arrangements with the company that handles the delivery and they will be in contact soon. AMAZING!!! I truly did not expect this, going the extra mile for sure and I'll recommend Discovery Insure with confidence
