Stll having major problems with premium deductions

<p>Had problems with premium deductions with our funeral and household insurance premium deductions.</p> <p>Contactet discovery insure on the saturday past and now there is no record of the complaint...</p> <p>It seems that there is a problem with the finance department</p> <p>Why dont these people get the problem sorted out !!!!!</p> <p>Is our household insurance still valid if the mess up comes from the insuranc side ????</p> <p> </p>
