Still waiting on call for quote

<p>Monday, 22/08, I placed na request for an agent to call me back for vehicle and household insurance.</p> <p>Tueday, I got an call from an agant which after some discussion said he will hand my file over to the new business section for them to follow up.</p> <p>Today is Friday, 5 days after my innitial request, and 4 days after I would have been referred to new business, and no call back received yet.</p> <p>My only request was to preferably phone me after 17h00 in the day, in other words after hours.</p>
