Still waiting for payment

After 18 months of waiting and legal action etc my claim was finally approved and I was informed that my excess would be paid into my account, this was 3 weeks ago. Since then I have phoned several times and promised that the money would be paid at a certain time but all the given due dates have come and gone. I would appreciate if someone could give me a date that Discovery can commit to and follow through on as I believe I have waited long enough in total.
