Still stuck on bronze statue- no help from Insure - no service

Discovery insure, you are really testing me now- all month I was stuck on bronze- been complaining and you have never contacted me, u keep replying privately and I cannot see your replies, I logged calls and nobody responded- yesterday I see I’m on gold status with 10 points needed to get to diamond, which is also not true because I should have been in diamond long ago but u keep taking points from me for uncovered trips that don’t exist, u still have not brought back 30 points for when my car was in a tow truck at the beginning of the month

U said I need 10 points to get to diamond yesterday, on the very same day you chanted to I need 30 points to diamond, all this in one day !!!!! I took screenshots of this and send to your fb inbox for discovery, by the way they also have not responded to anything about this all month, the same as you

Today I took my child to school, and went to east gate, I left east gate after 1pm, I was there all morning, yet you have uncovered trips all day , only my trip of after 8pm is recorded and you took 60 points from me, last week you took points for an uncovered trip while my car was parked at church and again while I was parked at home, you also have trips as unqualifying trips but those trips are more than 5km , what is this ???

Is this what I need to do every month?? Complain non stop

It is after midnight as I type this, and once again u sabotaged me to be on diamond- I refuse - bring back all my points, you kept me on bronze the whole month only you know why, then on the last day of the month you sabotage me even further

Don’t reply privately cause I don’t see your responses, reply publicly, call me or better yet don’t call me just put me on Diamond because you also know that I’m a diamond- I only had one incident this month, which was mild braking and hot 4 points deducted, and I can even tell u where it was, and where was I going, because I do know when I’ve an incident, and I only have a braking incident if I ever get one- because it means I could not avoid it

Sometimes you don’t even record all my trips or you say they don’t qualify when they do

Today you say I started a trip somewhere, but my morning trips only start at my house but u don’t have that info


I’m tired of complaining daily, you can look at my driving record and you can agree that I am a diamond drivet, I don’t just complain- stop sabotaging me
