Still paying premium for claimed items for more then a year now
*** - Plan ***. Still waiting for the items to be removed from my plan. I am paying the premium of these items of almost an year now. Claim has been settled but claimed items stays in the plan. Had almost 20 emails on this in the past few months but still no closure. Everytime I receive a standard response -
