Still paying installments on settled car

I am highly disappointed that after 2 months of going back and forth(from being told i must take the car for repairs, then that the car was written off and then that they are sourcing a replacement and then that they cannot replace theyd rather settle) yet my account was still debited by the bank today, although i was told everything was settled on the 8th of May. The fact that I notified Discovery on Monday that the bank has not received these funds, and requested proof of payment to avoid my account being debited, makes me think that i am not valued as a client. Three days later-I have been calling and have sent emails requesting this proof of payment I am still being told that it is being requested from the payments department. I would just like to know how is it that I have received my portion of the settlement, but this part to Toyota has still not been received by the bank? Also, can someone/anyone call me and give me feedback on WHY I am STILL paying on a settled account.I really feel like I am the one chasing this up and if I am quiet no one is bothered to follow up.
