Still nothing from Discovery
After my last review I was hopeful as the reply was they are investigating. After all the escalating and investigating I am no closer - no further correspondence - no customer service - NOTHING! I am no closer to having this claim resolved who would have thought a bumper bashing would take over 6 weeks and still nothing from Discovery! I am so grateful I do not insure my car with Discovery and will not in the future. Discovery Insure - a complete disappointment!
