Still no vehicle not repair and no response from Discovery.

I have put in a claim on the 6th of February 2024. Went to assessor's or the 13th February And a week later on the 23 they let me know it approved and booked me for a panalbeater that isn't even in my area about 50 km away. I email the claims department No feed back i Email 3 times more still no feed back. If been phoning the number on the emails. There is just no answer keeps on ringing. I phoned the switchboard and the put me through to claims witch a explained en she said that some one will call me. Till today no one call me. And still my vehicle not repaired. If they Don't want to assist me just pay me the repair amount out and I'll repair my car self .
