still no repairs 4 months after claim

I was in an accident on 12/12/2023 and I immediately logged a claim with all supporting documents. It is now almost 4 months later and my car has not been fixed as the dealership is "waiting for the parts" I asked Discovery to book my car with a different dealership and I received no feedback - Not even a returned phone call. Is this the service Discovery Insure provides?? My emails are now simply being ignored by Sanele
