Still no refund.

I changed vehicles and canceled my policy to redo it and insure my new vehicle. They deducted a full payment for my old car and then 3 days later for my new car on the old policy that was canceled. And then deducted another full payment on my new policy on the same day. I was promised a refund within 48 to 72h. It has been 2 weeks and i am still waiting. The total of all this deduction has caused me not to be able to feed my family as my account is now empty. I'm disgusted by their bad service and will move to a better insurance provider.
