Still no help after a month

Its exactly a month since I had the accident and I'm still battling and driving around with a damaged car. I requested for a list of VW approved suppliers and I was told by a consultant at discovery that I can send my car to CK coachworks as they are the closest. I do not want to send my car to CK coachworks as I previously had a bad experience with them. Last week Leilah from Africa First brokers called me to advise she will be dealing with my claim and contact discovery on my behalf. I asked her to send me a list of VW approved panelbeaters, she agreed and called me today to tell me that CK coachworks is the only approved panelbeater on Discovery's books. Really? A big company like Discovery only has one panelbeating company on their books? What a load of bullsh*t! I am annoyed at how unprofessional these companies are and I'm shocked at the lies they tell to try and convince me to go with a company that discovery is affiliated with, so that I can get my car fixed at a cheaper rate. I pay insurance every month and it's not cheap, surely i should be able to choose from a list of their approved panelbeaters? Sick and tired of dealing with incompent people.
