STILL NO FEEDBACK Hello Peter Complaint. Plan number ***

I have left a complaint with Hellopeter and had Keneilwe from complaints assist me for about a day or two... after this i gave all the documents that was requested by Discovery Insure Complaints... Further I followed up every day since then... and NO feedback. I phoned numerous times but no luck in getting to that complains department or ANY assistance from anyone els... Every advisor tell me that Discovery will phone me back but still no phone call NO feedback.

Eventually when i got hold of someone inside Discovery they said that Keneilwe has a "out of office" reply on her email... so Keneilwe helped me for a brief moment and then just went on leave or what ever was done for her to be out of the office (for a couple of days) She did not give the complaint to anyone els to work on it while she is out of the office.... So as per the Out of Office reply the date for her return was 3 December... where i contacted many times on the 3rd as well as today 4th December... yet... there is just nothing done... no assistance, no help, no sorting out the complaint...

Last time i received feedback was to say that the relevant doc's have been sent to the department and waiting for them to do the Refund. And again... opting for this refund as this was double insurance... so we will see what the situations is with the outcome...

I have 12 reference nr and none of them assisted.
